The Shanghai L*SNOW Indoor Skiing Theme Resort in the coastal Lingang area incorporates dining, accommodation, entertainment, and shopping with a Nordic flavor is another option.
The resort's snow world covers more than 90,000 square meters with a large indoor ski park and nearly 20 attractions. An indoor snowfield train, the first of its kind in the country, and a snow mountain jumping platform, both in the snow entertainment area, are "must-visit" attractions for most visitors.

Taicang City, Jiangsu Province
If you are a ski enthusiast and don't want to travel far, Taicang is a good option.
Foliday Town Taicang Alps Resort, covering 91,000 square meters, is an indoor ski resort which opened last October.
It consists of six experience areas: a ski resort, ice and snow park, Club Med resort, Alps Time, Alps Camp, and a light and shadow world, and entry covers food, drinks and entertainment.
The ski resort maintains a year-round temperature of minus 1 to 1 degree Celsius, featuring six slopes with varying gradients that simulate those of the Alps for people at different levels to choose from. The snow on the slopes is 50 centimeters deep, with the longest slope reaching up to 280 meters.
Taicang is pretty close to Shanghai, taking about half an hour by high-speed rail.

The Xuzhou Garden Expo ski resort has been upgraded and expanded four times this year, covering 40,000 square meters and measuring 400 meters long. It has also added a snow slope for intermediate enthusiasts.

The ski resort features a total snow slope length of over 1,000 meters, a width of 100 meters, and a drop of 100 meters. It includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes, with a planned area of 130,000 square meters, capable of accommodating 6,000 skiers at the same time.
The resort, as one of the biggest outdoor ski resorts in east China, has opened beginner and intermediate slopes already, and will gradually open advanced slopes in the near future.

The Anji Skyland Ski Resort, in Shanchuan Village, can accommodate more than 10,000 skiers at a time. After several days and nights of continuous snowmaking, it recently officially opened.
The ski resort, with a total area of 300,000 square meters, has seven snow runs catering to three levels from beginner to advanced, with a total length of 3.8 kilometers, suitable for ski enthusiasts at all levels. It allows beginners to enjoy a sense of achievement and advanced skiers to experience the full thrill of skiing.
This year, the ski resort has not only widened the intermediate ski slopes but also upgraded the snow amusement park, which is mainly for family tourism, adding several amusement items such as a snowman army and snow banana boat.
As the peak season for ice and snow tourism approaches, the ski resort is currently working on a cableway route from Anji Yucun Village to Skyland. At the same time, Anji is also accelerating the construction of related projects such as the Ice and Snow Sports Town.
