The Bund Finance Center is partnering with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Experiences to bring the first-ever offline Harry Potter-inspired Christmas season to the Chinese mainland.
The 79-day "Winter Magic Wonderland" celebration will weave a heart-stirring magical world along the Huangpu River. Harry Potter fans are invited to explore the magical Christmas tree infused with Harry Potter classic elements, the Hogwarts Express, Platform 9¾, and the Harry Potter-inspired pop-up store.
As mentioned in the Harry Potter stories, Christmas night at Hogwarts was always extraordinary.
This Harry Potter-inspired Christmas season will feature a 17-meter-tall magical Christmas tree at the north square of the BFC. Tree decorations are inspired by classic elements from the Harry Potter films such as Hogwarts Castle, the Four Houses banners, magical candle installations, and magic picture frames outlined with dazzling lights.
Classic film scenes inspired by Harry Potter are presented.
The weekend market on Fengjing Road will offer European-style Christmas market and special hot wine parties.

At the south square outdoor corridor, the Hogwarts Express photo opportunity is waiting at the station. The iconic Platform 9¾, along with the Sorting Ceremony interactive area are on the first floor of the shopping mall, where the Sorting Hat awaits every new wizard.
Stroll down to the south square entrance where floating golden candles and twinkling Christmas stars create a radiant starry sky, while circular golden candles and House banners hang in the atrium, continuing the magical journey.
A Harry Potter inspired pop-up store will be unveiled for a limited time, offering a wealth of merchandise and unique gifts for Hogwarts fans.
Butterfly decorations are featured at the weekend markets.
A fantasy roller skating rink experience is offered.
Starting from Christmas Eve, the fifth floor of BFC's riverside rooftop will also feature a Quidditch-inspired setting that complements the Bund's beautiful scenery. The Golden Snitch device will be embellished to create a romantic atmosphere where fantasy and reality intertwine.
From November 30 to December 29, over five consecutive weekends, the weekend market on Fengjing Road will display a dreamy charm with decorations of butterflies.
A special Christmas party for pets is the "Corgi Culture Festival," where dogs and pet owners can enjoy their happy time. In the following weeks, a European-style Christmas market and special hot wine parties will be in full swing, featuring Christmas delicacies and activities from all over the world.
At the same time, the BFC 5th Anniversary celebration kicks off with a succession of experiences, including a fantasy roller skating rink and a romantic retro-gold dance party under the starry night.
